Hello! My name is Karen Howard, owner of Shady Lane Studios. After a long career in nursing and other medical related fields, I started painting for relaxation and enjoyment and it worked! I have never loved anything so much as painting! I feel pure joy when I pick up a paintbrush and I hope you can see that in my art!
